The counter shaft gear in my QMJ150 broke ! DANGIT!! can i use the one in my QMB139 to fix it until i can buy one ??

Not sure what you mean by "countershaft" could you describe it or post a pic?

It's inside the trans. it has two gears mounted on the same shaft,one large and the other is made in the shaft but it is small! Large one is pressed on i think ! my friggin camera got dropped and i need to buy the lens mechanism ,so no pic here is a link to see:http://partsforscooters.com/151-54-Countershaft_gear_qmb139

No. If you look at the specs for the 50, and 150 the number of teeth, and length are completely different.
