does your bike have auto choke? if so, if it is stuck or malfunctioning, it may be why you need to give it some throttle to keep it alive.
I'm assuming that you need to give it throttle to keep it running? does it go away after the bike warms up?

yeah it has the auto choke..all i have to do is give it a quick turn while hitting the starter button then it fires up..no need to touch the throttle once started but i will say that the revs climb very slowly once started

I'm new to 2t tuning, but it sounds like an auto-choke problem unless you got an air leak somewhere. Air leaks usually cause erratic idles, so if the idle is steady after it starts, it could be the auto choke, or a dirty carb.
Have you tried cleaning out the carb?

i did have a air leak but fixed it..its only when i start it the rpms start to climb to the set idle..ill have a look at the auto choke could be a fault some where along the lines, yep the carbs been cleaned several times i did notice my idle jet kept getting cloged when ever i took apart my carb im thinking thats due to no fuel filter so went ahead and ordered one other than that ill be checking my auto choke out

Replace your spark plug first. If that doesn't help clean the pilot circuit in the carb.A bystarter richens the fuel mixture for starting purposes,as the engine builds heat the needle of the bystarter expands and closes off the extra fuel and the high speed jet takes over.

Might also want to adjust your air/fuel mixture screw
