So i got the uphill issue... No balls. Ive been told that until i strap on my BBK i can upgrade the roller weights and i believe its the torque spring. So i got the ncy transmission kit and im not too sure the specs on it so i can effectively upgrade. I did find out it has 9g rollers which seems real heavy so ill prolly want to bring those down a bit and maybe with the curved weights. But the spring... Idk what the tension is on it and what is really meant by 1000 rpm and 2000 tpm springs. Anyone know what i got or what that really means and what i should do with that?

I haven't used the NCY kit, but I see from online sellers it's listed as a 1000RPM contra spring. The higher the RPM rating, the stiffer the spring. The stiffer the spring, the higher it will push RPM. The weights and the contra spring act against each other, so there needs to be a balance. Stiffer contra springs need heavier weights to maintain the same RPM as a softer spring would. I'd just install the contra with the kit and tune the weights. No need to mess with swapping multiple contra springs in unless you end up with belt slip and need to go stiffer to put more pressure on the belt. I doubt that will be an issue.
You can pick up a set of tuning weights that are cheaper than regular roller weights. They aren't meant to last for regular riding, but they hold up fine for tuning and let you try a lot of different weights without a big cost. Once you've found what you like, then you can get a good set of rollers or sliders.

I hear ya on the uphill thing. I do 30 on flats, but it's 15 going up, lol!
Yes 9g is WAY too high IMO. I can't recommend a good weight cause I'm a schmuck on this subject and still learning, but I know you are going to go with lighter rollers for sure. Maybe even in the 4.5-6 range IMO.
You will lose top end a little but you will be climbing a lot faster.
