right guys small problem as i think..so going along at wot maybe a mile or so and the bike just cuts out....like ive turned the key off ( nope i didnt ) but as soon as it cuts off i can start it back up again with no problems i did replace the coil few weeks back..but still have the same spark plug cap i have noticed that the cap is not a snug fit you can pull it off with ease so just to clear this up before i go out buying stuff...does anyone reckon its the SPARK PLUG CAP

one of the others may know better but that sounds like a soft seize to me. possibly not getting enough oil or to much air.

I would replace the spark plug cap if it's loose, but I think it may be what shaker said. If it's the plug cap, a lot of times they'll miss on occasion or break up, but not totally die out clean and then fire up and run fine. Check for air leaks, check float height, check fuel lines and filter, consider a step larger main jet.

think i may put a bigger main jet in just to be on the safe size then check it...but its a strange one cos i go one way it cuts out then fires back up i come back the same way and nothing dont cut out

What color is the plug?
You may wanna remove the head to check for pitting on the top of the piston.
Get a new cap!

the plugs a good colour the way it should be light brown but does foul at bottom end which is a headache so i know that says it tooooo rich at the bottom end..i pulled the cylinder last night to check for scoring ( which in my mind if i had a soft seize there would be some slight marks ) now the piston and barrel looks perfect no marks nothing i did add an extra fuel filter on the petrol line so i took that off and replaced it with a new fuel line and left the filter out of it ( i do have a filter in the petrol tank ) thats as clean as it can get...have ordered a nkg spark plug cap as my other was shot
id like to know how do i test that the oil pump is working?

If your oil pump is not working, your engine will seize, so it's probably working. Soft seizes don't always cause scoring. I've had 2 minor soft seizes w/ no visible scoring. You can always pull the oil line at idle to see if it's sending oil to the carb.
What main jet do you have now?
I found that 88-90 worked well as a starting point for my 70cc bbk

leak-down test... remove exhaust, plug exhaust port, plug intake port. One of these plugs should include an air pump for you to pump air into w/ a compression tester type valve and gauge. The case should hold the pressure. If not, you've got a leak somewhere, spray w/ soapy water to locate.
94 sounds rich for what you've got... I have similar mods and am using an 88 in freezing cold weather.
