When riding my scoot around North Carolina It's very hilly with constant undulations. I have had some close calls before with turning and thought it would be good to get some info out. Please make sure when taking corners on your trikes, that you use your turn signals and slow down significantly when making turns. Downhill will be more of a concern than uphill or flat ground as far as turning, but you need to be cautious with all of them. When turning "DOWNHILL" make sure you slide down the seat(towards the front) dip your right or left knee outward into the turn, keeping the other knee in(depending on the turn) and lean out, down and into your turn. When turning "UPHILL" DO NOT lean forward! And DO NOT slide in any direction on the seat! Instead simply lean out and into the turn, with a upright posture. When making "FLAT TURNS" Simply lean out and down into your turn. I hope this tip keeps everyone safer on the trikes.
