My girlfriend had and bulb in her chevy's glove box and it was a perfect fit for the small bulb that's under my head light, about 10inches down, on my 2011 CY50 T3 taotao. Its a DC bulb and the bulb I just put in is a 14v 4.5w and the code was scratched off of my old one but is it bad or will it drain my battery since its 14volts? I do have tons of thick and extra grounds installed, same for the positive. Will this extra wiring keep my voltage stabilized enough and not drop it to where my stuff is running off of a lower voltage???

The bulb shouldn't make any difference in the scoot. Your gf may not be so happy next time she needs to check her glovebox at night though. lol
I built a whole new wiring harness with larger cables to everything on one of my scoot. Big ground and battery/starter cables definitely helped it's starting ability. Otherwise any improvements were minor.
