if you have room make a second story for parts and bins tool boxes etc. save you room Yes that's a good idea. I was thinking of maybe getting those sterilite bins and using them to stack and store stuff. Maybe get a piece of plywood to lay over the double stacked ones and use it for a bench. As bikes come in I want to have a nice system to strip them and separate all the parts and accessories. The VIPs you see in the pics are getting mostly parted and I'm stripping all the scoots I buy and welding cross supports for the seats and using the double head lights and face plates to make ruckus style units, for pit bikes, ghetto specials etc.. They will sell quicker like that with nicely painted frames and parts instead of a scooter with beat up scratched, or faded plastic fairings etc... lol!

motorcycle jack at Canadian tire for around $130. That thing is sweet! I love how small and compact it is. It will be perfect for my small shop space, thank you!

I assume you pay you're own electricity charges. If the overhead door is the only way in or out of that place then you'll lose all your cool air every time the door is opened this summer. That could get pricey to stay comfortable during the hot part of the day this summer. What about bathroom facilities?

nice congrats bro... keep us update on any new builds I want to see one of the ghetto style scoots LOL i am think more of the ruckus look but I am interrested as to how you would do the seats, i.e., still use the factory VIP ones or swap out.
