I am totally stoked! I just rented a Workshop/Garage to play in for $75 a month in a super clean Storage facility that.. a) Allows me to work on anything I want there. b) Has electric included with AC and heat also! c) It's not in the ghetto, lol! I have a SHOP GUYS!!!! woohoo! Now to you guys who own houses, I know this is no big deal, lol! But I am in a condo right now and can not do anything here without a complaint letter. I am also starting up a small scooter shop out of there, doing simple upgrade packages for people with slow scoots, taking restricting washers out. bigger jets, UNI, pipe, CDI's etc...  I have ads running on craigslist that I buy scooters and motorcycles for cash already, And I will start the tune up ads after I get settled into the shop.  Attachments:

I'm going to take all my tools, a radio, a coffee maker and a refrigerator down there, and I'll never have to leave again, lol! I will be there from 10 am to 4 pm everyday, lovin' it! |

if im not doing anything in my garage for awhile my neighbors will check in and make sure im alright..lol..thats awesome man... having a garage is a great thing...

Thank you, yes it's awesome man, I'm flipping out!  When I left Florida back in 2011 I had a huge barn garage and spent every minute in it I could, working on my 125cc Enduro, jamming the tunes, having friends over, drinking beers etc... I've been missing it. Or I would even be outback in the yard, never in the house. This condo chit is for the birds, lol! I even told the girl on the phone today at the storage place.. "Hey a man needs his garage"  |
