I was able to get the screws out of my factory carb to rejet it does anyone know what thread size the jet is? I took it to a bike shop and they didn't have any jets that small. I've seen jets with 4mm and like 3.85 thread size. I don't want to order the wrong size. Any help would be great.

Just go to scappydogs.com they have the jets for your scooter. Almost all of these Chinese scoots have interchangeable parts. And whenyou checked your plug you can only read what the plug was doing the moment you killed the engine. But these scoots basically always need to be up jetted, to big is always better than to small of a jet.
So if you pulled it after it was at an idle then your only reading the pilot jet or your a/f mix screw

the best way they say to do a plug chop is to warm the scoot up, shut it off put a new plug in and do a wide open 50-75 dash and kill the power pull the plug and see what you got, thats for the main jet, got to remember there is about three different area to jet a carb correctly can be perfect on some and off on others

You want a pilot thats big enough to makes cold starting easier and doesn't bog orb choke when you gun it from a stop and a main that doesn't run lean at wot, and your needle position is how you adjust your midrange. Air/fuel screw is for the pilot, sometimes you can play with that and won't have to swap it. But its always good to have different jets to choose from.

When's you say turn idle air screw out 2 1/2 turns does that mean 2 1/2 full turns? If that question makes sence.
