what engine is it? 40qmb most likely, but check to be sure.
AFAIK, the guides can be purchased seaparately from most tuning stored, but if things are flying around, you need to check for damage to the drive face and may need a new variator asembly. the stock variators are pretty cheap, and a new performance variator is not that much either.
As for the stripped crank, you may look into re-threading it. You need to address that since it's rather important.

Well like I said I have everything else sorted now and the only problem is I have been to a number of shops but can't find the stock replacement guides apparently they are a weird size all the 50cc two stroke guides are to big and the closest to fit are gy6 and they fit very tight a website that specializes in tgb parts would be ideal

Well..........I tried, I don't see many TGB ANYTHING here, though I do believe there is a local dealer who had to deeply discount product to sell any. I would not go out of my way to own one, I have enough orphan stuff in my life.

www.motosthibault.com/fr/info/contact/index.spyThey are my regional TGB parts dealer. Translate the page with google traduction if needed. I know it's in Canada and that shipping can be more expensive and longer but they can certainly get the parts you need.

I found a whole new variator I think it came off of a Suzuki engine it was a pain to remove someone mushroomed the end of the crank but it fits my bike perfect the weather is breaking this week so it was just in time a little carb cleaning and oil pump test and I should be riding I appreciate all the help and I'm sure I will use that Canadian website in the future if I come across some more unicorn parts but the variator I got has more common guides so it should be easier to find when I wear them out

TGB are having a second, larger groove (diameter) on the crankshaft and we tried to install a Naraku variator that was supposed to fit (made for Suzuki Morini engines), but we had to machine the variator guide pin to make it fit. It was a lot of work! The variator looked like it was fitting when installed but it was opened so much that the belt was always loose, and kickstart mechanism was impossible to install without machining the guide pin. Hope this variator works for you !
