"That site doesn't pull up stolen scooters. I've had two stolen Zuma's, both reported to insurance and police, and neither show up.
After you input the vin and do their check, they have this to add:
If you are searching a motorcycle, click here for additional information from CycleVIN. An additional charge will apply.
Well, I've never spent the money to check because I know they are stolen and I don't care to give them my money, so I don't know if even that other site works."
Your best bet is to contact your local police department and let them check the VIN.
