Here is a free VIN check for stolen, or salvaged vehicles. Have a great day. Free VIN check click here
EDIT by 90GTVert : I have been told that this site does not, or does not always identify stolen scooters. " That site doesn't pull up stolen scooters. I've had two stolen Zuma's, both reported to insurance and police, and neither show up.
After you input the vin and do their check, they have this to add:
If you are searching a motorcycle, click here for additional information from CycleVIN. An additional charge will apply.
Well, I've never spent the money to check because I know they are stolen and I don't care to give them my money, so I don't know if even that other site works." Your best bet is to contact your local police department and let them check the VIN.
