it's oil residue from your exhaust... your gasket is not sealing well, or the hose next to it is leaking a bit, whatever that thing is.

its the coolent hose either as a entrance or exit.
What can i do to fix it? and would i lose power from it?

That's oil residue. I'd try a new gasket and maybe put a very thin coating of copper RTV on each side. It's prob not making a big difference in your performance, if any. Even a small leak can make a big mess on these 2Ts.

He has a slip on / spring Flange. They kinda do the Spooge Ooze.

mine does the same but at hig rpm it really starts to leak etc and the head gasket is going bad so i gotta fix that to
