Diamo Aero GTX50 - 150cc Engine Swap

Finally getting around to this project.

this is a very large frame 50cc scoot - front and rear disc brakes - 12 inch rims. I bought the engine last year from Fox and have had the scooter for the last 3 years.

This is what they look like with the skin on- newish - forgot to take a picture before i took the skin off.

The plan currently is that im going to leave most of the skin off.

work starts this weekend so ill try and take pictures well we are building it.

Sat down with my friend who is going to be doing the welding... more of a project then we had expected but do-able.

basicly we are running into the same problem alot of people have had - where the heck do you mount this thing? It looks like we are going to have to fab up almost a new rear frame.

we are still going to go ahead with it, but it sounds like its going to be a summer project not a weekend.
