Hey everyone,
New member...just picked up a 2009 Yamaha Zuma yesterday with only 930 miles. Stoked on it! rides like a gem. just wanted to introduce myself and looking forward to gaining valuable info here.

Has it had a throttle mod done? Factory they only get half throttle. I own a 05 - 09.

Has it had a throttle mod done? Factory they only get half throttle. I own a 05 - 09. Throttle mod is a must do if it hasn't been done yet Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards |

Dont think it has had the throttle mod done...i can get it to about 40 on flat ground but thats all. What is the increased speed?

You make the throttle cam on carb look like the 05 and older so you can get wot. Makes a big difference in acceleration.
