That looks exactly like my spree after the bbk went into it had to buy new piston and rings started adding more oil to my fuel not one problem since well except if I run it for an hour or two wide open it will die and I have to drain the bowl and crank on it for a few min to get it to start back up lol other than that runs good. My guess bigger head needs more oil lol
Sorry I was referring to the pic of the scared piston.

Whatever you do, get a name brand pipe! No knockoffs. Its a roll of the dice nomatter what the seller says. I found out this the hard way with my first scooter pipe. Go with a Leo Vince, or Athena.etc... Stage6 "Pro Rep" is Ok but it really is a dead hitter below 8,000RPM. Ide take an old Leo Vince ZX over the S6 PR. Our own member 190mech makes a wicked sick Peace Pipe. You might want to PM him.? If he has the time im sure you would love your scooter with one

Is that an FM engine? I bought a Sundiro a while back that had an 1E40FM. The jug fit on a regular 1E40QMB. You can trace the base gasket onto some gasket material and cut it out and stack two of them for more clearance. Great job on the build. You put an FM (longer stroke) cylinder on a "E' Mina with no trouble Dave? I mean, you said you added another base gasket, but how did the ports look? Everything clear at BDC? Im sure or you wouldnt have recommended this... How did it run? Some of the FM cylinders dont have the silly "half" exhaust port.

I don't pay attention to all that stuff. I just install the damn thing and if it runs good then great. Ride it!

Top speed so far has been 52mph, now I want more. Maybe some porting and a pipe will get me a bit more.

After thinking about it I don't really care about top speed so much as acceleration, I want it to take off like 2strokd's bike does. I want to leave stoplights like that. Also today I took a huge drill bit to the baffle in the exhaust, made it louder but didn't really do anything for performance, wasn't expecting much I was just bored.
