I can't figure out if my 2007 Vento Triton Li, is a 2 OR 4 stroke motor, I know it has a Bi-2 type engine, please help!

Thanks I'll take a look at the site> I'm trying to figure this out because I want to do an oil change, and can't find the drain plug, It has a separate plastic tank with oil or something in it, with a skinny rubber hose coming from bottom, not sure what kind of oil to get!

The pic doesn't help, because I can only see the pipe and they put the fake expansion chamber pipes on both 2T and 4T scoots now.
What does help is that description. If you have no drain plugs and instead an oil reservoir with lines coming from the fan shroud area as well as to the intake, then it's a two-stroke. That reservoir holds two-stroke oil and is part of an oil injection system. Never ever let that run dry, but you don't have to change it. You just need to keep it filled up. If you use a different type/brand of oil, then I would drain it and refill with the new oil. Not sure you really have to, but makes me feel better. lol
You should be able to drain it by removing a hose from the bottom and letting it drain or you could take the tank off and dump it. Just be sure that you get all of the hoses back where they belong if you remove anything.
You need to use a two-stroke (2T) specific oil. It must be for injection. There are injection and pre-mix oils. Some work for both. Just don't put in a pre-mix only oil. I prefer synthetic or semi-synthetic, but that choice is yours.
There should be a red light on your dash that tells you when the oil is low, but don't rely on it. Keep check on the reservoir level.

Definitely a 2T, 1E40QMB (you'll see that number on the back of the engine kinda by the shock most likely if you still need more verification).

Thanks for all your help, I think ill just drain the old stuff in that tank, and put this in place of that, some guy said to add 1 to 2 caps every three (gas) fill ups?, but really the only thing I'm wanting to do to this is unrestrict it if possible!

If the injection system is working, there's no reason to add more oil to the tank for a stock scoot. Some do it for peace of mind... like if the injection fails the oil in the tank will keep it safe. In reality, if the pump totally fails, a couple cap-fulls for 1 gallon will prob not prevent engine damage. Perhaps if you caught it quick, but most likely it will seize before you realize it's not injecting oil.

Yes. Adding the oil to the gas is not neccessary if the oil injection works properly, and what Brent was saying, is if it's done as a just in case, it wouldn't really be enough.

Infact adding oil to your gas can actualy cause enginge damage if it was not rejeted to run withoil in the gas The oil will displace the fuel making it lean nd possibke cause it to over heat
