Ordered an overrange, shim kit, stage 6 Mark 2 clutch, top performance v force reeds, Reed spacer and a Polini torsion a arm.everything I ordered was on sale total was $722 and 25% off code knocked another $180 off for a final of $542. Ordered on 6/18/13 after hours got the overrange shims and spacer on 6/26 the clutch shipped on 7/2 and the rest on 7/8. two to three days from California to Michigan. Everything was packed well and arrived safe. I believe all showed in Stock but when I inquired they were waiting on parts to get to them so my guess is they were in a different warehouse or there were more orders than mine and stock was cleared out before my order got pulled. Their communication is very good now for the fun part. I called before I ordered to make sure the overrange was for my Zuma because it was on sale and the other kits were not. I was told yes so I ordered it. When I got it it was for the short case yamaha. I emailed them and they said to send it back and they would exchange it. The kit was on sale at 349 with the discount it came to $261, the one I needed was 499 not on sale and out of stock special order. I hate the mail 2 days from them to me 2 days from mi to California and another 7 to get delivered. The exchange took a little while because of shipping and being out of stock but I got it on Monday this week. Once they ship it is fast but it took a while for the order to process. The reason I will be doing business with them again is the way they handled the exchange. I should have went online and checked the part number to make sure it was rite but they went out of there way to make me happy when I had a problem and that is more important than price is to me. Their prices were not bad either. Real good people to do business with. Highly recommended
