Hello every one my name is Partly Cloudy Pete and I have an addiction Problem. It all started back in february a guy that i do work for told me i had to get a Vespa. I asked him what the hell is a Vespa? He told me a Scooter! I said to him what the hell do i want with that? he said google vespa any you will see. So i started looking into them and got interested in getting one, till i found out the prices. After finding out the prices i figured ill find one and restore it, seeing that i restored old john deere tractors for a hobby 10 years ago, till i found out those prices. while on one of the vespa sites an ad pops up about chinese scooters, so i clicked on it and started to research them. Me being the nut that i am and owning my own business i figured there had to be a way for me to get these at wholesale. i found a imported to sell me them but i had to get a minimum of 4 so i ordered 4 figuring ill keep one and sell the rest on cragslist. I received the 4 on a friday put them togeter over the weekend put them in front of my store monday morning at 7:00 am and by 12 noon they all sold!!! This was the end of march. So i ordered 4 more thinking i might be on to something the same thing happened. Fast forward to today I have sold close to 200 scooters in 5 months and have a scooter shop now! i have meet lot of people and i am having a ball doing this!!! You guys are Great!!! thanks

Nice story. I was always into bikes, but never considered getting a scooter, till I brought my wife one! It was so much fun, and you did not have to travel at stupid speeds to get a thrill. I have owned four now  |

Stepth it's a floor covering shop- carpet, tile, wood. And now a 49cc scooters and repairs. I think it's pretty messed up but both business's are helping each other,

Awesome ! I never would have considered a Scooter , I picked up the one on my profile Free , now I'm looking for another and parts. The word is getting around about me working on the Scoot the past couple of months and I've already been asked to repair a few.I'm always looking for another business opportunity, My Brother and I are considering adding Scoots to the list at our store, with NAU right here Scoots are all over the place in this town and the motorcycle shops won't touch them , no Scooter Dealers either.
