i need advice on getting my scooter back running

my names austin im not new to riding, but im new to working on them. i trusted a not-so well known mechanic work on my bike an he just kept wanting more money..long story short i got my bike back but its not running. its a 49cc bored to an 80cc an i need to get the magneto backon an hooked up. id also like to have a wiring diagram for the bike an the magneto if anyone can help.

I assume it's a 139QMB/GY6 50 four stroke. There are manuals that in the link in my signature for that engine.
