I use one of the bottom type on mine. Works well. If I mount them so they stick up, then it feels like my hand is sorta trapped, so I mount them downward. Only issue is that you have to look away a little farther, but I can see more with the one bar end than with 2 stock mirrors that look at my shoulders.

Things will be slow till October. My plan is to install everything at once Plans are Variator, Sliders, belt, clutch, bar end mirrors, exhaust, uni air filter reject the carb
Possible upgrades next month Clubman bars, some type of throttle still researching Led lights, and looking for different headlight replacements Lowering it, can't decide if its worth it White walls, trying decide on the size to run Also looking at 5 spoke wheels
I know I want to paint it but I want to get everything running smooth and the headlight situated. I'm thinking a round cafe style light. I'm debating on placing it into the front piece or mounting it from the bars

That's my main deciding factor between the folding and the one like yours

They're fine. I have them on my other scoots that cruise 50-60MPH without issue. They're quite tight. I will say they loosen over time, but I think it't more from vibration and takes thousands of miles usually. My stock mirrors loosened up too.

I like the the top pair, I had the bottom set on a cafe racer project and they didn't hold up. But who knows the speed difference may be in the scooters favor.

I haven't posted in awhile. I've been busy with classes and wrestling. also unfortunately someone backed into the scoot and knocked the front end out of place and broke a few minor parts. I 've built up some parts up so in about 6 weeks after I heal from my shoulder surgery I'll be able to get it all together. I'm debating on paying someone to fix it up just so I can ride it when I'm done, but all the fun is in building.
