I placed an order with Parts Pro USA on July 24th. I was contacted the same day and informed that one part of my order was out of stock. The representative asked what I wanted to do, so I told them to cancel the headlight and ship the rest of my order. On July 26th I received an email saying my order was shipped.
August 4th rolls around (now 9 days since my order has allegedly shipped) and I'm wondering why I haven't received my order, which was shipped via FedEx. I contacted Parts Pro USA and adked them for a tracking number so I could see if my shipment was lost or something. I was told that they weren't even sure they had shipped my order and that they would contact me when they could find my order. By 5pm that day they did figure out that they never shipped my order and shipped it. It was shipped standard FedEx as I ordered. I kind of expected a shipping upgrade since they screwed up and I had to wait so long, but no such luck. I received the order on August 7th, some 14 days from the time of my order and it only took 3 days for FedEx to get it to me. My order was correct, so no complaints there.
Parts Pro USA has the largest selection of stock replacement scooter parts that I have seen from any site other than a manufacturer's website. They have parts that I couldn't seem to find anywhwere else and the prices are reasonable. If you can't find something, have a look there.
One downside to them is that they ship from two locations, Texas and California. You cannot mix orders from the two warehouses. If you need parts from both, you have to make two separate orders, which means more shipping charges. This isn't really a huge downside though, because so many places can't compare with the amount of items they carry so it's just nice to be able to find the parts somewhere.
If not for the problems with shipping, and I dealt with the Texas location if it matters, I would be very pleased with Parts Pro USA. I will probably try them again in the future, but I can't give them a good rating until I see if this is a fluke or not.
