Didnt answer emails or phone when I recieved wrong color bike , did have someone answer phone then put me on hold for 15 minutes then hungup on me. After 3 weeks of trying to contact they sent correct color but broken plastics. & an incorrect sparkplug for my troubles. Safe to say no more killer motorsports for me. Hope your luck is better.

I got my Tao Tao 50cc scooter from them. It was the correct color etc., but I agree with the previous poster. It seems like a small shop with not enough people to handle the business.
There is a gentleman named Scott there who is excellent. Try to work with him.
They are out of Texas.
While I don't view their site as a great literary resource, there are a lot of grammar and spelling errors on the help portion of the site. Regardless, it was actually a very helpful resource, and I'd prefer they are awesome with scooters etc. rather than go toe to toe with Strunck and White.
I had NO idea what I was about to experience when ordering a GY6,and their site is honest and clear that it would require some hands on with a wrench.
