I had that kit on my mina. Great kit for the money! My only complaint is that the bushing in the vari wore out so i cant use it...It might have worn soon do to a blow crank seal and contamination? I am working on getting a new bushing for it. Prodigy make a really good product for the money! The clutch and bell are still great after many HARD miles of use. Dont you have a Morini?

I wouldn't go buy one just yet. Like I said, it may be a typo. Joe can check the spines and diameter of his though to get an idea if it may be correct though.

Thanks guys for the digging and the info, Good to know it was a great kit...while the bushings were there. I really need to check and double check everything with mine, For one thing it is old, and also a Morini, and also made in Korea. Just three more months till I leave it behind though

I have found parts on varying sites for Hyosung stating minnarelli...you just have to be careful and very sure to know your dimensions. The picture of the variators Brent posted look like the splines on my variator/crankshaft.

I pulled my vari and counted the teeth. I have teeth on both the ramp plate and variator fan. The fan side has 26 teeth and the ramp plate has 22.

Well Carlos at autotech355 has Aprilia listed for that same size vari, so I doubt it.

I think the only thing I could do is have someone machine up that washer for me and cut the ramp plate. That's if the shaft size matched!

Well Carlos at autotech355 has Aprilia listed for that same size vari, so I doubt it. That might be because Aprilia also uses a Minarelli and Piaggio as well? Maybe?

I counted 22 teeth on the picture of the ramp plate so I AM optimistic!
