Welcome to the forum.
You mean the wheel is loose like it wobbles around... or does it not turn if the clutch bell is rotated? Does it rev up and not go or does it bog when you try to go?

First thing is to see why it's wobbling around and if anything is damaged that you can see from the outside. Is the axle nut that holds the wheel on loose? Do the splines on both the axle and the wheel look OK? Does the axle wobble?

Every thing looks normal from the outside but i couldnt get the wheel off to check the inside. I think is one of the gears that broke but i cant tell

If it all looks normal on the outside and the CVT looks OK, there's not much left. If you aren't already, try an impact wrench to get the axle nut off. Also try a penetrating fluid like PB Blaster or heating the nut (if you do both, remember that most penetrants are flammable).

Hey ... We had the same problem with that model of bike... What is happening is the hub that holds the tire is braking at the welds and becomes off centered causing the the brakes to lock up...I would call the place you bought it form and have them replace it...of call ice bear directly and have them send you a replacement... Most likely... What we do in that case is use a prybar, stick it an the hole on the side and push the shaft out .... We were the first to sell the maddog in the US, very popular but lots of problems... We have addressed the company and they are working on getting them fixed

No problem... We usually charge 1hr labor and get the parts under warranty...other than the hub crapping out we noticed a loud rattle coming from the metal plate under the seat..and the fact that is kinda slow
