I've placed a few orders with A&J parts now. I always get my orders in 2-3 days using standard shipping. They do a good job of packing things. For example, I just ordered a head gasket and base gasket from them and they came in a plastic bag, inside of a cardboard and padding lined envolope, inside of a box stuffed with newspaper. Other places have sent me gaskets in just bubble wrap envelopes that can easily be bent. They've also included free jumbo ink pens in with my orders. They are a good source for 90-100cc minarelli parts that can be hard to find and their prices are good on most items. www.kaseaparts.com

I ordered a fan and fan shroud for mine. They did great with my packing as well. I would like to add that i bought the wrong fan unknowingly because the one they sell is a different style. Its a four bolt fan instead of the three bolt i need. I emailed them this AM and just received a phone call from Jerry telling me about the differences in my motor and the ATV one ordered a fan for. He proceeded to tell me i could send it back for a full refund. Great service ;D!
BTW, i think Brent even told me it wasnt the right one and had forgot :stars:

Got my order today and i guess i spoke too soon. Ordered a bearing and seal on Aug.25th and today i got a complete rear brake assembly for a mini quad. (big shoes! look like 150brakes lol). So i immediately got on the phone and called A&J Parts. I was betting Mr. SoandSo has my bearing and seal in NY right about now. Jerry Moore called my back in an instant. I explained and he was very sorry and seemed to be upset and said that a certain employee would no longer be with him. I hate to think i cost someone a job because of my piddly order but hey, it cant be that hard to read the name and ship the right parts to the right place. Happens everyday all day allover the world. Its gonna be late next week now before i get my parts (Holidays and all) but Mr. Moore was as helpful as can be and is making this up to me. Sooo, my service comments stand correct. I feel real service is in good and bad orders. Its how the supplier treats the customer in the long haul that effects my decisions... I am happy with Jerry Moore,s service!

You wouldn't sack an employee if they messed up an order, if they did it a few times in a few days that's pretty bad. I think I got 2 orders mixed up in about 6000, so it isn't too hard to get it right that's for sure.
