Hi dear scooter freaks.
My name is Filip (obviously), I am 21 years old and live in Bosnia.

Currently I ride a Honda sc44 only, but I had 3 scooters this year (Benelli 491ST, two CPI Popcorns - ill post images)

As the winter is coming the building desire is waking up again and a box of leftover parts looks more atractive every day, so I have decided to source a chinese minarelli engine cases and do them up bit by bit to be r eady for when I find a cheap siezed scoot.

For now i have:
-A set of Aerox 100 wheels with tires (rear wheel modified to fit chinese 50cc block)
-Giannelli Extra Chrome exhaust
-Aerox OEM crank and vario
-Chinese clutch, bell and belt
-STR8 lift up kit
-some various other little bits

I plan to make an LC engine, but i have a polini sport 50 AC that has seized badly, and a polini 47.6 piston, so I wondered if you could rebore it that much without the ports collapsing, but thats questions for when I actally start building the thing.

Nice scoots. If the Polini Sport is a 47mm piston originally I'd think you'd be OK boring it to accept 47.6mm. Should only be around .3mm or a little over .010" coming off of the walls. The ports would prob need some attention afterward, like chamfering and maybe some smoothing.

I may as well experiment as it's no use anyway.

Nice scoot you got there, mine should look similar.

Yes, orange wheels do really stand out and I like that I believe that nice wheels make a car or a scooter more atractive.

Edit: I sourced a frame and some bits so the project should start soon.
