I love this store they are located in Canada but they ship free over 100$ by plane so its pretty quick I always get my parts at a max of 6 days but I get paid on Friday so I gotta wait over the weekend so that probably don't help every order I've placed I mention talking about them on here and they give me a fourm discount and usually throw me some goodies like stickers or a extra gaskit for spreading the word thier customer service is awesome and if their is an issue with my parts like persay my vari I ordered last month I ordered one for the small spline on accident they simpley let me keep it and sent me another free of charge and a couple s6 stickers to go with it sweet I love free stuff but with free shipping and and goodies for fourm talk I will continue to do buisness with them my favorite store online is spmoto although it suck trying to understand them on the phone if you listen carefully its not that hard to make out what's being said

I'm afraid I have to disagree about their customer service. I ordered a Derbi Atlantis subfloor (belly pan). After two months of waiting and not a peep from them I had to cancel my order and then had to wait another week for them to refund my paypal account. I won't be doing any more business with them.

Its a mixed bag with them
A few years ago i orded a trophy bbk from them
The package was opened as they used it to take pics for there website they cliamed
There were no rings in the package
It was a pia getting some one who spoke english that you could understand
And then a few more days before they sent me the rings
And now that they ckaim to have a us wearhouse seems to have gotten worse with us shipping

Someday they shipped parts to wrong addresses and doubled the orders (like if you ordered a handlebar, you receive a second one one week after, or shipped a part to someone who ordered it a long time ago) because of their paypal account if I remember, and they asked the customers to ship the parts back (at the customer's fees as I seen). They asked on their facebook page. I ordered 2 times from them, first time had long delays and I wasn't noticed. All I gotta say is they haven't done me wrong at all and like I said I get free shipping and discounts with every purchase I make and I deal with on guy in customer service and he takes care of me with my cylinder order I'm getting free s6 stickers and extra mkii gaskit set free
