Just wanted to say hello to the members of 49ccscoot, may have joined while back, was tinkering with a Kymco zx50 got it purring like a kitten was purchased from a police auction, very cheap i might add everything was there except the V.I.N. was ripped off for some reason i guess was stolen then dumped is the way i see it looked someone try to get running but was the fuel tank needed cleaned and carburetor also sold it for parts locally. Now i just won another scooter same place (very cheap 36$). Haven't picked up the scoot yet, but is a 2009 E-ton sport 50. police auction website www.propertyroomDOTcom somethings can be shipped but not the bigger stuff has to be will call pick up by you go there..
They had 3 scoots listed in my area 1 was E-ton beamer 3 even had the keys went for 151$ i wanted that1 but too much for me, 2nd one was a tomos nitro 50 like brand new still had seat factory plastic wrapped protector went for 111$ cheap.. 3rd was the sport 50 i got has everything there all plastic, small rip in seat seam front maybe missing the ignition switch, and a stealth mode non factory i ripped you off and got caught flat black spray paint job. so it looks to me since the 3 scoots were almost identical MFG. type maybe same and 1 still had seat protector on it someone maybe heisted them all at once. The Kymco i mention before i sold to a fella that attempted to make it reV.I.N.ed and called Kymco with the engine number and they gave him the actual V.I.N. number that it was supposed to have, then he got a paper form from the local state troopers office, and now has it registered with a tag,(WAY TO GO) i sold it thinking it would be impossible to do, he made it seem easy, but at least i only paid 23$ for it sold if for 120$ running good..
