I just sold the Chinese 4 stroke behind it making the F15 my main scoot. You would not believe the amazing deal I got when I bought it in December last year. I was patrolling Craig's list in the off season. It came listed on Christmas eve. I called and called and arranged to see it Christmas morning when everybody else was with their families. I snapped it up before anybody ever saw it online.

I looked and looked and have not seen another like it listed for sale in the USA. Here it is a pretty rare thing. It is really something else. Front and rear disc brakes. Digital programable guages. You can set "laps" on it. Liquid cooled. the fit and engineering on it are outstanding. It is a special thing that I will keep for a long time. I will keep this as original as possible. The aftermarket piston I bought is still in the box. The after market head is still in the box.

The guy I bought it from is recent ex military. He was an officer. He did not say it but I think he brought it back with him from overseas. I actually rescued it from him because he was putting it in the back of his truck and lashing it to the side of the truck bed, scratching the plastics on the sides. He helped me move it to my house in his truck and He was going to lash it down in his usual way and I grabbed a blanket from my car and wedged it between the scoot and the side wall of the truck. It is obvious that nothing was ever done to this scooter. It was never derestricted. He did not know it was special.

Its funny but when I ride the 4 stroke in the background and I go by a motorcycle rider I get nothing. On the Malaguti, the motorcycle riders think I am a bike from the front. :riding: They give me the nod and the side sign every time. I wonder if, after they pass, they realize they did it to a scooter rider. :scoot:

Really like the style of these scooters. Anything less than $1200 is a good buy on this. I'd almost be ashamed to ride something that looks this good that wouldn't do at least 55 mph. :thumb: ;D

My threashold of acceptable speed is lower than yours but right now the scooter is not fast enough for you or I.
