Hi all, just wanted every one to now what great service i got at scootertronics yesterday. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name that took care of use, but i know it was not Mr. Thunder. The Gentleman was alone and very nice and gave us all of his attention even with the phone ringing every 5 min. My friend bought a Leo Vince Exhaust for his Sym 4T and let him use the tools needed to put it on right there at the store. I also purchased some rollers and clutch springs at a very good price. My wife was loving all the 2T pipe they had in stock. And the CPI's and Bennelli/Andretti Racing scooters are in stock there and very nice scooters. All in all it was a nice ride on the scooters (1 Sym 4T, 2 Beamers 2T) from Hagerstown MD to Scootertronics in Thurmont MD. About 25 Miles one way over a mountain and through a state park full of tight twisties coming down.

THat's definitely a cool area to ride. Never been there on a scoot, but I have been to the Catoctin Mountain Park.
Glad you had a good experience. I didn't really enjoy my dealings with Scootertronics, but I ordered online. I experienced missing parts that they never did anything about on one order and long waits for parts to arrive. I gave them two chances and they did pretty bad compared to nearly every other scooter shop I have ordered from, so I have never tried again. It sounds liek a totally different experience if you are able to walk in their door.

Like I said, there was a different guy there this time. Not Tommy Thunder! I never order from them off there web sit before. there so close and I work only 5 miles from them. But I'm still new to the scooter seen. But none the less my experience there yesterday was a good one.

If you read my reply, I actually don't like them either. They are fairly close to me, within a few hours anyway. Even at that rate, they are very slow and what I ordered at one point was pictured with something it didn't include. I have no plans to give them another chance. They get bad reviews all over the place. A few locals like to deal with them, but they'll drive to the shop. So if I'm ever in the area, I might drop in. Otherwise, I know a lot of sites that have given me good service.
