Ok so I tarted work on your how to troubeshooting no start.
I can't seem to figure out how to test the wires to and from the starter switch/ brake switch. I can't get a reading on any.
I don't have a brake light right now and I need to figure out why, I also heard that some don't start If the brakelight is not working.
Any sugestions?

Never seen one not start because of a bad brake light. If there is no brake light, no turn signals, etc... then perhaps the fuse is blown or the battery is bad. Do you have power and ground to the brake light? Usually there are 3 wires to the tail/brake light. One should be a ground, one should be power when the brake levers are depressed, and the other should be power when the scoot is running (you'll need the light switch on if yours doesn't have always on lights).
When checking the brake switch you should have power on both sides of the switch. So you'd connect the black probe of a multimeter to battery negative. Turn the switch on. Leave the switch attached and you should find power on one of the two wires coming from the lever. There should be none at the other wire. Depress the lever and you should now see power on both wires coming from the lever/switch.

The scooter may not start if the switch for the brake light is not working. Start by what Vert suggests.
If you know nothing about measuring voltages and resistance you need to ask someone to teach you how. Perhaps there is a video on You-Tube, you can do search there :stumped: .
If you have some knowledge, or no one to teach you, do it like this: If you want to measure switch, or wires, set the meter to Ohm (resistance) reading (be careful, if you put voltage into you meter while it's set to Ohm reading, the meter will be damaged). Test the meter by putting the leads from the meter together and watch the meter. The needle should move or the numbers should go down to roughly 0. Disconnect the switch and connect the leads from the meter to the terminals from the switch. Activate the switch while watching the meter. The needle should move or the numbers should go down to roughly 0. If not, the switch is faulty. To test the wires, find both ends of the wire, put the leads from the meter to the ends and watch the meter. The needle,,, and so on. The wires are color coded and if you have the electrical drawing of the scooter you can easily find where each wire goes. If you want to measure voltages you set the meter to DC-Volts.

I'm posting most of these posts from my iPhone. Sometimes it has a very weird way of spelling certain words and what not.

Check for wires coming from under the throttle on the handle bars. My Chinese 125cc had two wires that were on pin connectors. One day one wire fell off and I had no brake light and the electric start wouldn't work.

One day one wire fell off and I had no brake light and the electric start wouldn't work. i found these two wires you speak of. they were both on and fully intact, however, the little box they were connected to seemed to not be "closed" all the way. so i took it off and inspected it. what i suspet is the break light switch... a little black thing came out of the box when i had it opened. i realize where it goes, but i dont know how to make it "spring loaded" like it was to make the little black thing come out the hole.... i took a few pictues of what i was talking about.... i understand the black piece needs to be in there, but it wont go in and out where the break handle is....

Mine was off when pressed in and on when popped out. The brake lever had a little arm that hit the button. What is inside the channel that it sits in? Is there a piece of brass or something?
You may need a whole new master cylinder assembly.

I think that is from your Web browser not the site. So not everyone has that feature. What browser do you use?
