Doing a job for a buddy today so i thought ide share a bit  . Its an 02 Ford F-350 diesel that im putting a 6inch lift on for him. Outta look real good when shes done. Heres a lil clip of the exhaust and turbo spool at idle. Thing sounds so sweet to cruise in :burnout: but i couldnt afford to feed it that fer sure :stars: |

Nice truck. Sounds ridiculous. A friend of mine has a 7.3 with a lift kit, wheels, tires, exhaust, predator, and CAI. I like when he kills it and you hear the engine die and then the turbo coming to a halt. You can't hear it much from inside the cab though. It feels quick, but then when you put it beside something that's kinda quick... eh... He towed my car to the dyno. It hardly knows it's pulling a big heavy vert even on some of the hills on the way there. That's what amazes me about diesels. This is the only pic I really have of his...  |

This ones got the lil 6.0 in it with a bit more pull than that one :devil: ! Runs good tho, and mighty cool of him to pull yer car for you  |

Yeah. I seemed to owe him so many favors afterwards though that I paid the $200 tow bill to get home. lol

Finally! After 3 days of bustin my butt, head, leg, and  >? I got the truck done ;D! Before  After, with my lovely wife in her p-jays   And me all proud and happy to have it done!  I would recommend having a friend or anybody that can help give you a hand. Some of the stuff is a PITA by yourself, but can be done. If i had to do it again i would get a bigger jack and jack-stands for sure! I had to stack 4x4blocks under mine and thats scary :skull: ! You can see the one bigger jack-stand in the last pic. I borrowed that from a friend and it bent  |

You both look like midgets by that thing. It's definitely ready for the big tires now. Was someone doing burnouts? Those back tires look pretty well worn.
I saw an F-?50 last week when I was riding the scooter with what had to be a 12" lift. It was huge... and it still had little stock tires. It looked so bad that I think I woulda waited till I could afford tires before doing it. Kinda looked like someone put an erector set in the middle of a stock truck.

lol, We are smaller then the average but this thing got bigger for sure!
I have seen a few with those monster lifts. Now im thinking "man the would take a BIG jack and stands :scared: !".
Im 5'7-5'8 depending on how my ankle feels, and my wife is 5'3 so i guess it dosnt take much of a truck to look big next to us :lol:
Just took it for a drive and i was very impressed! Handled the bumps and turns much better than i expected it would. Not near as ridged as i thought it was gonna ride with all those leafs.
After the tires i bet he could even run over a few of these if he wanted

:devil: Yes he was doing burnouts :burnout: lol! I forgot to mention that part! He got the tires all burnt off then decided the stock replacement wasnt enough . All this lift is for, is to make room for bigger tires :cheers: |

Just 35inch i believe.?. He said it should look real good..
With the lift and all, i think it will be pretty proportional.

Yeah. It would be nuts if he could fit 44s or something, but that should look "normal". Let us see it after tires if you get the cahnce.

Went by his place last night to take a few pics and he was out in it cruisin!

:rofl: I took it to Wendy,s right after i got done with it ;D! I went in to get our frosty,s, but afterwords i drove around the building to see if i could have gotten it through? I could have at this one! No height limit signs at this one  ! Next time they can figure out how to get it up to me  ! |
