Is the gasket useable? Did you call PFS and/or email them that picture?
I had an issue with them once where they sent me two right side mirrors. Called them and sent a pic and in 3 days I recieved a left and a right side mirror. They didn't even ask me to return the "bad" set. It was prolly a new guy that pulled your order. A little bit of friendliness and understanding on the phone will get you farther than an angry call. After all, the best any of us will ever be is fallible.

Looks like a rubber gasket? Should be fine but you could call. I got some help on the phone right away yesterday.

They agreed its not an ideal packaging but its all they have so they cant replace it with flat ones so they will issue a refund.

I understand your frustration. This is how I flaten them out. Get a pan of hot water(not boiling but darn hot) Place the rubber gasket in the pan and let it sit for a min or two. While in the pan you can work it to lay flat. Then take it out and lay it on something flat and let cool. Works for me every time. Reminder: Don't heat the water with the gasket in the pan, It can melt it.
