i finally got my 90cc case and building will begin. I have found another yamaha Jog 90% complete that i can get for a good deal i think. If i buy the other jog i can put the 90 in and done. But this will set back the build because i will have to use my engine money.
Or second option is shoehorn the 90cc into my taotao. Now as for fabbing the bracket ect that isnt much a problem. I just wonder about the wiring system ect..I already have the TAOTAO and it would be a great ride with a 2 stroke 90 in it and i could use current money to invest into engine build. what say you 49ccscoot.com??

Another jog would be easier than swapping into a 4t tao that is bottom Mount instead of top
Sent from my SPH-L720 using proboards

i know, i have the skills and tools to do it at home. I am more worried about the electrical issues. I can take the tao mounts off and make my own for the mina the JOg with the 90 would be choice, but $ is the issue and would take longer to build. Maybe i just need to sell the tao but I use the Tao plate on my scoots. Then i would no longer have a license plate , haha

I suppose the question is, are you more comfortable with waiting or with welding and cursing at wires?

Jogs are getting harder to find. Plus they are built much better than a China scoot IMO. I would take advantage of the deal and get another Jog!
You will have another Yamaha Minarelli to do whatever with (put under a TaoTao) and another Jog.

I found a local razz but passed it up. The guy with the jog cant meet this weekend so hopefully next weekend. I love the look of a lowered complete jog. Thats what I want with a BIG engine. Thanks for the advise guys

if u can make the motor mounts the wiring isnt that hard do a simplified loom just wire the coil with a kill switch and hard wire the lights on and wire up the brake lights
