Hi and welcome to the forums.

As Dan mentioned, the scoot you have should be very similar to the tao tao varients I and several others here own. Be sure to check out that thread and do yourself a favor by viewing the PDI / inspection videos. Regardless of new or used, it'd be a good idea to walk through the steps on the video and make sure the basics are checked on the machine.

They are great fun though and enjoy the machine
