Plug looks fine, but I don't usually check plug color for the mixture screw. I just adjust it to get good idle and throttle response.

Did we need to change the Pilot Jet (slow jet) with a 72cc kit???
My Pilot jet is #35!

You don't always need to change it, but it's fairly common to use a 38 pilot.

You don't always need to change it, but it's fairly common to use a 38 pilot. I put a #38 today, the air scrwe is at 3\4 turn to have a idle, more = no idle... Plus the spark plug is black, but i have a main jet #100! I try the #95....

I think you really need to start addressing each individual issue, instead of treating any problem with any solution. Please read this before you proceed any farther. I believe it will prove quite useful.... hondanighthawks.net/carb14.htm

the rule of thumb i use for a pilot jet is less then 1 turn or more then 2 turns out it needs to be changed

to the forum templestone. That carb really shouldn't be 42mm. They're under half that size stock. Just curious, is that a typo of keihin or does it actually say kebin on the carb? You never know with these Chinese scooters. Keihin is what most of these are clones of and I think it's pretty rare to get a genuine Keihin on a Chinese scoot. No big deal though, most of the copies work just fine.
