E-Ton makes a 90cc ATV that has a 2 stroke that looks just like a 50cc. It sure does look like it would mount up in my Beamer. The only thing is were the brake and wheel/tire should be there is a sprocket.
This motor would be a beast if it would work.
Any thoughts on this would be great.

It will work...The sprocket just slides off and your back wheel slides right on IF the splines match? Would be a cool swap!

I think the ATV engines are all shortcases though, so only small tires would work. Most of the 90cc parts that I get are intended for Eton, Dinli, Polaris, and other 90cc ATVs. Some are even water cooled stock!

A lil narrow wheeled shortcase W/C 90 would be mean at the track!

i think the real question is will the cylinder and and piston, head work if the case is bored out.

The cylinder is intended for a longer stroke, so while you could make it fit it's not ideal. Now if you wanna go swap in the crankshaft as well, it would work fine. That's pretty much what THIS project is.
