If you pay for stuff, do it through PayPal since you can get PayPal to get you the money back. Have them send you a PayPal invoice so you still got the PayPal protection. Then if they good up, have PayPal work it out. If it don’t work out, zoink, they just pull the money from the shops account and pay you. Good luck there with PayJERK! They sure didnt have MY back, I bought a laptop and used paypal funded by my Amex card, long sordid story short- the ad was fraud, the "merchant" sent me a tracking # and while it was a valid number it was for a 2 OUNCE packet, I got a signed statement from my postmaster at the post office attesting to that fact and that it was not delivered to me or my address, Paypal still sided with the "merchant" I filed a complaint with other agencies, including postal fraud, and proided all those documents to Paypal, and they STILL denied my claim because- get this; "The merchant provided a valid tracking number"
So I wound up going back to Amex with the same documentation, they immediated credited my acct and then closed it in my favor, I logged back into Paypal and told them to shove my account I had for some 25 years in PERFECT standing with ZERO problems or complaints as an Ebay seller- up their ass and close it. Thank goodness I used a credit card to fund the PP payment, if I had used a PP balance or had it connected to my checking acct I'd have LOST the money 100% with no recourse!
