I just found a site that sells an EGR port block-off plate for the 50cc 4T's. I have made a few of them out of flat steel over the years so I could remove all that emissions crap. $10 is pretty steep for something you can't see on the scoot and can be made with a bench grinder and a drill for pennies www.mbe-motorsports.com/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/1_43/products_id/243It goes on the cylinder head so you can remove that chrome tube that is in the way when you want to do a valve adjustment.

If you don't own a grinder and other tools, it's not a bad deal. I'm always happy to see more and more products for scoots!

I just screwed a bolt in the end of the tube for now. That's a pretty shmancy looking little cover. I'll have to make a template next time I get in there and see if there are any brackets that size at the hardware store ready made.
