There shouldnt be any dents in a tuned pipe!
Thats weird! Even with a stock motor and carb,, etc you should see a good gain with that pipe! Something is not right for sure! I have seen first hand what a Leo ZX can do to a bone stock scooter. You said it is quiet enough to run without the silencer? That tells me it is restricted somewere. All the signs are there...

If it's restricted I can't see it and I'm not cutting a new pipe up to find it. I'm taking the silencer off to see if there is one in it. But I don't think there is. I'm going to swap pipe with my wife scooter. It's like we are side by side and when here pipe hits she just pulls away from me.

The bb kit will run with a lower frequency, less unpleasant tone with the pipe.

Well I put my stock matrix pipe back on my scoot today and gained back my top end. The ZX made more low and mid power but died so fast on the top end. I looked again for a restriction in the pipe and could not see any. Maybe my port map on the stock cylinder is not matching the ZX pipe to well. I'll try it again with a 70cc kit in the future.
