need a wheel for Polaris axle (90cc)

I purchased one from a member on here and the post office ate it or something. It went priority mail and shows to have left but they dont know where it went! I am so sick of usps I have called/emailed so many people but no one can seem to find this huge package. So pissed.
Anyway, what should I search on ebay? Any specifics? I have the measurements of it. Thanks for any info. I would just use the jog axle but I would have to get different bearings and a bunch of other crap. All I need is a wheel!!!

10" x 2.50" from a Chinese minarelli (1E40QMB) should do fine. I'd just search eBay for "scooter wheel" or something similar and browse results to see what's there that's from a Chinese 1E40QMB scoot.

Should be able to find something cheaper and not so ugly, but here's an example.
