Hi! I've been lurking around for a while, and maybe asked some questions. Born in -82. Located in the archipelago in the west coast of Sweden. The main reason I found this forum was that I was searching for info regarding a Keeway Milan, and thus found links about the Chineese clone scoots. This little scoot I bought for my girlfriend. I've done some basic service, new oil pump, semi-derestricting to it, (might post a little projects thread later on.) Scooter/moped history: Current:Gilera runner 180 SP, 2003 TGB Delivery, 2005 Keeway Milan, 2009 Previously:
Crescent transport 1189, 1980 Gilera Runner 180 FXR, 2000 Aprilia SR125, 2001 Aprilia SR125, 1999 PGO T-REX, 2003 Honda MB5, 1982 Last but not least I have to tell that I'm currently struggling with Allergic rhinitis due to the spring arriving here, bombarding me with lots of pollen. (puke) This forces me to stay put inside, with doors and windows closed. That made me take my time to look through all of the TaoTao China 4-stroke PDI movies that 90GTVert made. I just have to say: WONDERFUL! One have to admire and bow down to such engagement and support to the scooter community! (I've seen that there are alot of other helpful people around here also ) So thanks for now and thanks in advance for what I might ask and need support with in the future. Kind regards, Kristoffer

Most likely I've welcomed you before, but again! The 180 Gilera sounds like a lot of fun. We don't get those big 2Ts here. I've thought a TGB delivery would be neat to own too for the storage space. Cool collection.

Hi, Yeah the gilly is very snappy! mine is close to stock. Had it rebuilt from scratch last summer. -New crank, (stripped the threads on the first one.. ) -Some porting to the casings and the top end. -Lightned flywheel and clutch bell. As you probably have seen around the net, these are, and used to be very popular tuning to 25++BHP Though I can't stand the screaming noise of the performance exhausts.. therefore I keep close to stock The TGB Delivery is just for practical use, showing the storage compartment full of stuff, when moving around the Island, or maybe just put alot of ice and beer in there, its drained unfortunately It's damagaged very badly in the front body panels, but works just fine, got it for $30 from a friend, same person who smashed the front

Yeah, the engine rebuild of the 2003 Runner was actually done by SRT in the U.K. I started doing it myself first, but at the time I did not have the time, tools or a suitable location to work, so I sent it over to SRT for some love. They installed the new crank, bearings, seals, water pump etc. The goal was to have a new plug n play engine to mount in the frame. The result wasn't really plug n play, but now it works as intended

Welcome!
I saw one of those delivery scoots on a website (they have them for sale), I thought kinda ungainly but VERY functional. Really looked cool.
Funny thing is Kristoffer, your English is better than most Americans! Watch American news and hear what I'm talking about.

Hi, Yes the TGB Delivery IS ugly But as you say, it's very functional, And I kind of enjoy riding it more than normal scooters, mainly because of the support you get for your back, by the box and the leather pad there. Also I do like the Morini engine it has, just wonderful, smooth power, I only removed the vario-spacer and it moves to about 60-65km/h. Regarding the language, thank you It's always nice to have a positive judgement or what to call it. English beeing second language in school since 11 years of age.. So we kind of.. got used to it Also working internationally helps a bit sometimes. Thank you all for the kind welcome! /Kristoffer
