Running to rich, choke problem???

Long time i try to found my caburator problem!
I have a 72cc kit, original air box and a Tecno exhaust.
I have a Pilot jet #35 and a main jet #85 and my spark plug is always dark black (too Rich)!?

I play with the mix air screw, now is at 1 1\2, my idle is #1.
My valve are set at .003mm Intake and Exhaust.

When i accelerate, slow down and re-accelerate the motor hesitate all the time and when i slow down the muffler make a small (Pfft) not a real backfire....

The top speed il have is around 43~45 mph.

Is it possible is the choke always on and it make always rich!?

Normally we suppose to use main jet #90 or more with a 72cc kit.

The air mix screw and idle adjustment affects how your scooter idles. Shouldn't affect your acceleration. I just have to check you on that valve setting. If you are using a guage for "mm" you should be at .03mm, not .003?
