Stumbled upon this neat little program and thought I would share it. Mostly for the guys who want to modify their scooter frames/exhaust and don't want to buy a tube/pipe notcher and may already have a angle grinder and a dremel.
once you click the link just hit "download" you can either run it or save the app, once the app is running just click "File" and then "Settings" enter the values and the template will change accordingly,then print it out tape it to your tube, cut, weld and done.

I haven't used this program yet but I did watch someone use it on youtube and it seemed to work well
