Thanks, atleast someone is following the project, that makes me happier  I don't know if i mentioned it earlier, but there is almost no damage done to anything, piston has been damaged a little, but it's okay. I bet it will be running next weekend, some guys will give me back some money, which i gave them a while ago, so i should be good! |

Hi guys, good news, got my money thing settled, and got the missing parts for the engine to run again. So, threw it together, started it for like 5sec and it was already running, so engine is okay. Tommorow will be a big day, gonna get it drivable. just drivable, not good looking  It looks like this for now. And again, sorry for the bad quality pics...   In comparison with my friends Speedfight.  Could you guys imagine a 197cm guy, on that little scoot? Well i can't, so, tommorow hopefully i will extend the frame, atlest 15cm. |

Ahh, just got my engine mount 100% complete, did just really minor works today.

Totally forgot about this thread and forum overall. So, drived for a few meters and i realized that i REALLY need to get that clutch unbolted, because i think contra spring is too hard, it's not stock i can tell it. Or just a set of heavier weights would be fine, because the rpm is going around 5k, and then it barely starts to move. To do list for now. Complete cooling elements- Get the clutch open
Install shorter rear shock (optional)Fix some vacuum leaksMake an exhaust gasket, damn that thing is loud- Extend frame

Im in deep trouble now So, my friend bought an wreck - Audi 100, i made a bet, if that thing runs and drives, i will paint my scoot pink... shit got real, he started it, he drove it, and almost roofed it already  So have to get frame, rims, fairings ready for painting, the bad things is that i painted my rear wheel black yesterday :S + To do list updated  |

Didn't take any pics, but the story is like this. When i was assemblind my engine the first time i used Motoforce cylinder studs, they are a real piece of SHIT! Never ever buy them! So the things started with a broken exhaust, took it off, for just idk what, took off the cooling elements, shit, the cylinder was leaking fuel in all places it could, top end and bottom end, the thing was, threads of it was so soft, they just got ripped and the nuts were just hitten upwards, and all the things was loose. Today got new studs already, assembled it, and shit, it's running gooooood! Btw put all my plastics on just to get the view how it will look   |

Sadly, but truly, the scoot has been sold.
Started with dead crank bearings, ended up with trashed crank, i guess that was due to lowered cylinder head, and cylinders lowered top end.
Soo yeah, i was really demotivated, same night it was sold for a really low price, all the scoot, ALOT of spare details for 30€
Anyway, 90GTVERT may close/delete this topic.
