Welcome!
This is a great forum. No flaming and no one cutting down other peoples machines. Just a whole lot of good people that love scooters and many who teach others (like me) how to work on them.

Welcome Joe. The phantom is a great looking scooter haha.....well, it will be by the time im done with it.....the guy i bought this one from decided that the silver wasnt blowing his skirt up so he painted it ......looks like he painted it with a wagner power painter full of fence paint, but he painted it.......by the time i get this crap stripped away this scoot is gonna be 20 lbs lighter!!!!.....in some places you can see where the paint is gooped on about 3/16" thick!!
