My 2012 TaoTao ATM50-A1 (46.9cc aka 49cc Scooter) 39mm Bore/Piston, 39mm stroke crankshaft, 69mm Valve Length, 19mm intake and 16mm exhaust valve stock I gut this as a last years model sail back in may of 2013 it had 0.6 Kilometers or 0.372823 miles on it was cheep $600 So i put 29 miles on it was ok but with the wife it would not make the hill we live on. so i think back to a old TV show tool time and it hits me more power so i gut my eng model and went to eBay ok cheep, cheep, super cheep! i pick this kit lol seems good has every thing i need + parts i don't oil pump full gasket kit ect ect. well i get the kit in seems to be all Growsun parts don't know any thing on small eng so don't know if there good or not but this is what i put in for parts.
50mm Bore/Piston, 50mm Head with 64mm Valve Length 23mm intake and 20mm exhaust valve (76.5cc aka 80cc BBK) Don't know off hand what i have for a carb i know its off eBay and i put a 100man jet in it that was in with the kit. seems ok has good power and pickup even with my wife on the back it has just over 1864 miles on this setup and plan to put that or more on it this year i have not did a thing to the CVT drive. I do have a new belt that i know ill have to change out this year.
My question is what would be the best size carburetor and jets to use on this.
I plan on going to a 52mm Bore/Piston and a 44mm stroke crankshaft (93.4cc aka 100cc BBK) what jets would i use for this add on
thanks for any and all help

to the forum. You should actually have a 41.4mm stroke to make roughly 49.5cc stock or about 81.3cc with the 50mm bore. You should be fine with a stock 18-20mm carb. For the main jet I would get a selection ( PFS sells a kit of 10 for about $15 ) and tune it. You're probably close, but maybe you can pick up speed or fuel economy if it's off a size or two. Simple tuning method in the vid below. www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5j8gHg5kMcWhen you go to the bigger engine you may want to move up to a stock carb from a GY6 125-150 (24mm). That carb uses different jets though so you will have to buy a set for the GY6 150. The GY6 150 intake and spacer should bolt on. You could try it with your current setup and it would probably be able to work just fine once tuned.

I would like to start with Thank you 90GTVert!! I went out and picked up a new Carburetor for a GY6 125cc 26mm Intake Manifold 43mm Air Box Manifold. was not east to get the air box on but i gut it intake was np with a bit of lube to get it in. now my Throttle Cable was to short np i pulled the bracket off the carb and flipped it over and added one new hole to it works grate. I did order a few jets for it a #90 100 105 ect ect atm it is still stock all but the fine tune on the air/full that is now 2 out not its 3 1/4 it was set at started right up good power low end idle to 1/4~ 1/3 but over that it don't have the punch it use to but it still has the stock mane jet in it not bad.. Just a bit of down tuning on this carb and it will be grate!!! Thanks for the help 90GTVert and i will get more pic of mods ect i do to this TaoTaho ATM50-A1 to let more know how fun it can be for me its not just all fun its my gas saver for my 80+miles a day for work lol

I have the 80 kit on my scooter, the stock carb, muffler and airbox. I use the 85 main jet and removed the snorkle off my airbox. That 100 jet might be too big. Depending on your altitude and the rest of your setup of course.
