I'm looking at getting a bbk for my minarelli. I've been reading and looking at different kits and not sure which one would be better for my scoot. Aluminum or cast iron, this brand or that brand. Been looking at one on ebay for $130 free shipping that also includes a new 10mm wrist pin, perf coil and three diffferent sets of rollers as bonuses. I've always thought that if they have a good product they don't need to give free stuff away also but don't know for sure, I just wanna try to get the best stuff I can without gettin sc***ed you know. Also looking at a performance cdi if I can't figure out which wire to remove for the rev limiter, any ideas which wire it may be? Thanks for the help in advance.

I suggest iron kits for any street scoots that aren't just toys. The iron kits are more reliable and easier to service down the road after many miles. I'd suggest a good sport level kit. The brand isn't really that important in most cases, although Polini, Malossi, Stage6 and others do have great names and offer some pretty nice sport kits. Autotech355 sells decent kits on eBay at pretty good prices as well.

Thanks Brent, the one I mentioned earlier for $130 was from Autotech355 on ebay. Gotta get one more job done and paid for then order it. As well as a new perf cdi I seen on srappydog.
