I've read alot of post on here about tuning the engines and cvt on these scooters. something i haven't been able to find or seen much of is where to buy aftermarket rims for my scooters. i mean the aftermarket for car & truck rims is HUGE but i've yet been able to find anything for my scooters. anyone come across a website that offers them or am i just stuck with what i've got? right now i'm running 120/90x10 front & 130/90x10 back, but i've been thinking about trying to go to a 12 or 13. just can't find anything out there. thanks for your help with this delima, if you can.

It's a bit more complicated on scooters. On cars, you have some fairly common bolt patterns and backspacings for most applications. Scooters need different wheels depending if they are disc or drum, front or rear, different axle sizes, and other things. There also aren't really many manufacturers for aftermarket wheels for scooters. The easiest thing to do is look around for scooters with the same engine, and find one with wheels that you like. If you find another scooter with the same engine, same body, same suspension, etc... it's easier to find what fits. If you see wheels that you like that you aren't 100% sure about, you're gonna have to do some measuring. You should be able to go to 12" wheels fairly easy with the dimater of the 10" tires you are running. The front is about the same as a 120/70/12 and the rear is about the same as a 130/70/12.

I've seen some after market ones on ebay, but they were pretty expensive in my book. As I recall, in the area of $500.00 for a pair of them. Might have been even higher.

Ok thanks rebel. I seen what I believe was a piaggio I can buy for next to nothing that ran great but has NO plastics at all. It was just like my rally but it has 13s that are more of a street tire. My rallys tire is more of an enduro style.

Well I've done some investigating and found out that I've got a 17mm 16spline shaft on the Rally. Checked a lot of other scoots and haven't been able to find anything in a 12 or 13inch to fit it. Did find a new set of boppers (120/90/10front and 130/90/10rears) for $75 shipped. Is that a decent deal or should I keep shopping?

Well I bought and installed the boppers from 2strokd and am extremely happy with the ride off them. No more vibration like I had with the knobby tires that came stock.
