i mean it works fine and still turns the pump @ low rpm , when you twist it up it slides by each other causing the pump to stop and too much friction inside the cylinder and the piston heats, swells then seizes!! not good for the home team!!

Sounds like you have a spacer or bushing missing....

I think you need a second set of eyes to look at it for you. Unfortunately I'm guessing you do not have a buddy that is capable of giving you a hand or you wouldn't be here asking about it. Something has to be moving someplace for it to pop out of position and stop working.
One thing is for certain, if you keep running it without the oil pump properly working, you will be rebuilding the motor or buying a new one.
I wish somebody lived near you to give you a hand.

Contacted the place i bought the crank shaft, they sent me the wrong one! the crank i need has 16 teeth on the oil sprocket , they sent me a crank for a Znen scooter which uses a 22 tooth oil sprocket!! exchange them and i'm riding again!!
